At each service: a different chef revisits his cuisine by incorporating Comté; a local winemaker creates the food and wine pairings and a pastry chef suggests the dessert that will best complement the menu. An event dedicated 100% to the general public invited to register on a dedicated website one month before the event, at the end of which a draw is organized. At the same time, several master classes are organized at the city’s Lycée Hôtelier; school workshops in neighboring schools; County happy hours in the city’s trendiest bars; and tasting workshops organized in the afternoon without registration.
